Watt & Whisk("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why. In short: we collect very little, we don't sell your data, and we never ask for it unless you choose to contact us.
Information we collect
- Contact form. If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email, and message you submit, so we can reply. We don't use it for marketing and don't share it.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand traffic in aggregate (pages viewed, general location, device). IP addresses are anonymized. This helps us decide what to write next.
- Affiliate cookies.When you click a product link, Amazon may set a cookie so any purchase is credited to us. That's governed by Amazon's own privacy policy.
Cookies
We use cookies for analytics and affiliate attribution as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
Third parties
We rely on Google (analytics), Amazon (affiliate program and product data), and our hosting provider (Vercel). Each has its own privacy policy governing the data it processes.
Your choices
You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, block cookies, or simply not submit the contact form. To ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, email info@wattandwhisk.com.
